Shipping policy

Free shipping, everywhere in India. Prices shown on the site are inclusive of all taxes.

When it arrives

Trays, platters and tableware are held in stock. Orders are processed and dispatched within one to three business days, and typically arrive within three to nine days.

Furniture is made to order. Allow three to four weeks from the day you order to the day it reaches you, delivered by freight.

Delivery estimates run in business days from the day the order is confirmed. They do not account for delays in payment authorisation.

Tracking

We send you the carrier and tracking details on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

Orders are handed over against a signature. The carrier makes three attempts. If nobody is available across all three, the parcel comes back to us.

We cannot redirect an order to a different address once it has been dispatched, so please check your address before confirming.

If a delivery comes back to us

If a parcel is returned because nobody was available or the address was wrong, the return shipping is chargeable. On a prepaid order it is deducted from your refund; on a cash-on-delivery order we will ask for it before sending the piece out again.

If the parcel comes back through a fault of the carrier or ours, we send it again at no cost to you.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on trays, platters and tableware. Furniture is made to order and is prepaid.

If a piece arrives damaged

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp, with photographs of the piece and the packaging. We will replace it.

Because everything is hand made, slight variation in colour, grain and finish is expected and is part of the piece rather than a defect.

Outside India

We ship internationally on request. Message us on WhatsApp with the piece and your address and we will quote the freight. Duties and taxes on international orders are payable by you to the carrier on delivery, and are separate from what you pay us.
